morning, tuesday already, where does the time go. I hope that you are well and that your day is a good one. Do you have thing planned for today? I have a call from the pharmacist at the GP surgery this morning, to sort out a long standing problem with a med i take, it irritates me every month when i have to sort this out, renewing a prescription is proving to be worse than pulling teeth. i hope that she can sort it out for me.

Naomi since I see you are back on I have a few other questions is Japan one of the countries you have been to and what is your favorite type of music as music is my favorite interest just about and I love all kinds but rap and rock especially.
