Anyone Had The Booster Yet?

I have an appointment for Saturday , but GP said I can only have half of the Moderna one.
Had Astra Zeneca for the first 2, but they're obviously not giving that one, don't know why.
Just wondered if anyone has had the Moderna and if you were ok after?

I don't have an EpiPen Pixie as I can always verbally tell someone I'm allergic to penicillin, unlike people who have nut etc allergies who could eat them without knowing until it's too late.
I will tell them on Saturday about my allergy but if they don't have Moderna, I have to go back another time.
Bit of a nuisance really but I don't have a phone number so I could call on the day to check.

Also, I've read there will be someone there to treat you if you have an allergic reaction, but one of my daughters is coming with me just in case.

I'm sure they can, barsel. It would just be preferable if they are aware and ready to keep an eye on you longer x

I didn't know that, Lottie. Tintin was always elegantly written (in English, anyway). I remember Martin Bell's sister Anthea doing a wonderful job on Asterix too.

In my Health Centre, both jabs are given at the same time (one per arm)...and you are required to wait 15 minutes (with a timed sticker on your chest!) before you can leave.
