I think it has a 5 on it at the top = 5 ml syringe
orange needle = size 23
multi use - and no blood in the barrel ( they draw back to show it is in a vein
It has been recapped for re-use - a bit gormless not to have hidden it

reading roadman's link makes it sound pretty scary.

When I was younger we just had to keep an eye on our drinks to make sure that nothing was added.

But no matter how careful you are the fact that someone can creep up behind you and inject something into your system is rather creepy and concerning.

Something needs to be done to educate these louts that their behaviour is totally unacceptable. I, personally, think that de-balling (aka castration) of these eejits should be used as a deterrent and a punishment.
