Sorry. Smithsonian doesn't offer catch up.

You can get a list of all Freeview channels that should be available at your location here:
https://www.freeview.co.uk/freeview-channel-checker

Alternatively this listing might be useful to you:
https://ukfree.tv/transmitters/multiplexes

When viewing that site note that . . .

Everything listed under PSB1 and PSB2 should be available to just about every UK household.

Channels listed under COM4, COM5 and COM6 should be available to most UK households.

Channels listed under PSB3 and COM7 should be available to most UK households which have 'Freeview HD' TV sets (or set-top boxes). They're NOT available to households where only basic 'Freeview' (SD) equipment is in use. (That applies even where a channel in those lists is actually only transmitting in SD, such as Channel4+1).

Channels listed under 'Local' are only available it certain areas, which are generally those ones listed elsewhere as having channels for specific localities only (such as Birmingham, Oxford and Cambridge).

Thanks as usual Chris ! What would we do without you?
I found these shows the other day.

You beat me to it, wolfy...I was going to suggest My5 because Smithsonian (UK) is a sister channel to the Five channels.
I actually found it by accident when I got fed up with youtube.
