I'm trying to set a quiz for my grandson and I'm looking for another word or phrase to replace 'magnetic'. Not the magnetic as in attraction but the stick to another metal kind. TIA.
What have you got so far, and how is the quiz meant to be worded (question length, required answer etc)? There isn't literally another term for it, but you can presumably say something like "attractive", eg of metals such as iron, nickel and cobalt.
There are no rules as to how it's worded or length. He's hiding some things for a group he's in to find. They all have to have clues but not obvious ones. That's part of the hunt.
Mamyalynne, I'll try that one on him. If he understands it we are good to go, as he keepsa saying.
"What about "attractive horseshoe"?
I'll try it out on him. He's a lot cleverer than me and it took me a minute or two to get it (told you) but he's 14 going on 55 so we'll see.
