And don't forget Matt "Hands Face Bottom" Hancock -
"Nothing to see here" crowed Johnson, when it was plain to all that Hancock would have to go.
He will misjudge the mood of the voters once too often.
The question is would the parliamentary party dump him before an election. He is still good value for drumming up a sense of optimism in an election campaign, but then again, that can soon start to sound hollow.

I voted tory this time around after years of voting labour, for obvious reasons - I couldn't imagine voting for Corbyn EVER !! But, I have gone off Boris a lot and probably won't vote tory ever again and unless labour sort their act out (unlikely), I won't vote for them either. I don't trust any of them now, sadly.

they have all been eliminated now because of Johnson (or rather because of his supporters)... but Rory Stewart was right there. Experienced, intelligent, had integrity... but Tories backed Johnson instead despite being warned about his duplicitous character numerous times...
The same thing happened with May... Tories were worshipping at her feet and then were appalled that all the warnings from the left about her proved to be true. Well, now we're stuck.
