morning, Wednesday already, the time is flying by. I hope you are well and in fine spirits, and that your day is a good one. Any plans for today? - I have an online shop coming at 9-10am, then perhaps a courier delivery hopefully. So an exciting day, well not quite, but who knows something may occur, the weather might be bright and cheery, whilst it's been mild but dull and grey.

I did something similar for the MIL, had a picture of husband and I at a black tie ball framed in a lovely frame for her.
Next time I went she had covered me up with a picture of her!

I could not believe it Naomi - the absolute ubsurdity of it!
Then when I looked around there were no photos of either of her daughter in laws - they have all been covered up with pictures of her - even our wedding photos!

Lol - she hates the fact that her 'babies' are married and no longer with her!
We have challenged her and she says its up to her what photo's she has in her house.

It is up to her what pictures she has in her house - but I can't imagine what the doctored ones look like. It all sounds a bit like that naff programme where people with odd ideas go in and change people's rooms on the cheap. A bit of Sellotape to stick things together and you're there! How very tasteful. ;o)

I know people think that I over react to my MIL but this is the type of crap that I have put up with for 25 years of marriage.
This is the woman who on the day of the wedding said it would not last!

Just smile, tell her the new versions of the pictures look wonderful, and indulge her as you would any dotty old biddy. She was wrong. :o)

Morning Pasta, oh yes we can see her doing that.
I have to be honest - husband and I have had our issues through our marriage but we have always been able to get over them.
But his mother is a huge hurdle
