Elbows

Can anyone shed any light on why I keep banging my elbows?..
I can knock them on the doors, walls, anything really! It happens at least twice a week.
It's so painful.
Do any of you have this trouble?

Oh dear William..
I hit my head in my daughter's attic, on low angled ceiling, as I was using it as my bedroom. I literally seen stars! It shakes you up.
Perhaps we're just a bit clumsy? :-))
