Hi i have a Peugot 306 Meridian TDI Diesel and the steering is very heavy any ideas please. Thanks

have you checked your steering fluid? also are there any obvious leaks? some of the 306's have a habit of getting holes in the pipes, but these are only really noticible if you have the car sitting and steer back and forth a few times then check for puddles. or runs of oil around the left hand side of the engine bay. the oil pump could also be warn out

Tyre pressure will also affect the steering dramatically
