morning, Monday already and the start of the working week for some. I hope that you are all as well as can be and that your day is a good one. I will be off early this morning, so no lingering on AB, as i have two appointments one for a blood test and other for X Rays on the legs.
Which i hope won't take too long but it means being at the hospital for 09.00 this morning. Do you have plans for the day?

I believe you think it is arthritis Em? The more weight on your legs the more they will hurt. If I were you I would start a diet, after Christmas of course.
