In October I ordered and paid via Apple Pay, from a German company. Due to an error the package could not be delivered and was returned to the company and I received a refund.
I reordered and received the new order. Today I received the old order.
Do I inform the company. Just want some advice please.
The same thing happened to me a few years ago...Very expensive (£300+) Philips top-of-the-range electric razor which I didn't realise was coming from Holland....disappeared. They refunded me immediately...it turned up several days later. I phoned them and had a call back from Customer Service manager (in Athens!)..."we'd like you to keep the refund and the razor for being so honest".
