I have a lot of tinned and frozen stuff which I need to use up over the next week to make room for Christmas things.
I want to use up bulky (boxes of vegetarian things)from the freezer, and numerous tinned things (mainly different beans). I’d like to hear about your ‘using stuff up’ ideas if you’d like to share them.
I have a variety of herbs and spices, and some softish potatoes, and some iffy onions but not much fresh veg.

And make sure you have a couple of bottles of wine on hand for a good few drinks before eating so that no-one will really notice what concoction they are eating and be happy!!
