I'm finding hard to understand how it's possible to grow elephant grass, willow or whatever in sufficient quantity to make it worthwhile to burn in power stations.
The physical size of such material to grow, transport and amass, compared with the heaps of coal at power stations seems impossible to imagine.

i had a read, for some plant in the uk its going to take 170 farmers to grow the stuff just for a plant that will provide power for 2000 homes, i think it was a 2Kw station.

it didnt say how much each faremer was going to grow, but it was enought to give the contryside a future. so i imagine each will be growing quite a bit
