Husqvarna Viking, which is the sewing machine manufacturer, doesn't have the best of websites. Even though the URL here includes 'en-gb', the search facility goes to the US site, rather than seeking UK distributors. (As Husqvarna Viking is based on Luxembourg, it seems odd that they should only want to concentrate on the US market, at the expense of potential customers in the rest of the world).

^^^ Oops! I omitted the link, in my first paragraph, to the Husqvarna Viking UK site. It doesn't really matter though, as it's the sites I've linked to above that actually sell Husqvarna Viking machines.

BTW: The original (Swedish) Husqvarna company, which still makes chainsaws, hedge trimmers, etc, sold off their sewing machine division in 1997.

Husqvarna Viking machines are now made by SVP Worldwide, which is an American company which also produces machines which are marketed under the Singer and Pfaff brand names. The Husqvarna Direct part of their operations is based in Luxembourg.
