Earlier tonight I went out to my bin to push down some cardboard (packaging from the complete collection of the Thora Hird era of songs of praise dvds) clad only in my teal cardigan, could this be construed as indecent exposure? The moon was bright indeed there may have been two moons at various points, I'm just hoping anyone versed in legal matters can reassure me or otherwise
I doubt that you could be prosecuted for indecent exposure. However the RSPB might want to take you to court for making a teal wear a cardigan and then borrowing it for yourself.
You'll not get done for indecent exposure, Bob, but you may receive a fine from the council for putting cardboard in your bin. You should put it in the white bag provided and, if you haven't got one of these, i've heard orange B&Q buckets are sufficient.
I feel ..... it is balance between temperature ( low) and excitement ( high: thora hird is not to be missed - those beer bottle glasses )
AND was there a tuft of teal guarding the important bits
I would be happy to give you a hand if it comes to court
I suppose it depends whether your teal cardi covered your parsons nose and how cold it was. Could be there wasn't very much to expose indecently without binoculars.
