I never thought he was going to be a con man, but last night when Fiz was going on about moving into that big house, I thought 'no way, Fiz isn't leaving the street'. So, yes it seems he may be up to something, but why pick on Fiz, she doesn't have much ?

Burlyshirley, I would think that Fiz is entitled to a share in Tyrone's house even though they're not married, which is why she asked him yo sell it. Hopefully Evelyn will see though Phil.

Yes, I was thinking that Margo, but it's not exactly a mansion is it (although is seems to have multiple bedrooms like all the terraced houses on that street !) and needs modernising, I don't think she'll get that much, but I suppose anything is better than nothing to a con man ...

We dont know if she's actually seen the house anyway, he may have just let her look on the internet, it may be listed on Rightmove or something like that. The house could be genuinely up for sale.
