What Do I Say To My Friend To Cancel Plans?

One of my friends wanted to go for new year but another one of my friends has asked me to a party but I prefer to go with her. Last time I went out with my friend she goy on my nerves being short with me. What excuse can I make to cancel on her?

Just tell her you’ve made plans

Be honest and risk losing her as a friend.
Or lie (maybe say youd forgot you already had something or say your awaiting a PCR )and risk getting caught out.
Or just accept you shouldnt let her down.... why did you accept if you were'nt keen

She will if you introduce them,, it's quite normal to take a friend to a party rather than go on your own.

Take her to the party, that's the answer. Just tell her you've had an invitation to a party which will be fantastic, and go together and have a bit of fun. If she doesn't want to go then say you'd prefer a party to going out and you're off the hook.
