Vomiting Dog

For the first time ever my little dog can't seem to keep her food down, she seems OK in every other way -her poops are normal. She threw up her last night's meal before bed-time & has been sick again in the night.

Being a holiday the only vet available is an emergency one, & some distance away, Any advice welcome please.

I'm afraid she does & I have to stick her under the shower! She is from Budapest, her first owner, a lady, died. She was put in a kennel which was a very poorly run place & was being closed down. The owner of a very good kennels near Stuttgart, drove to Hungary in a truck & brought them all back.

She is a sheepdog an old Hungarian breed from which English border collies & Australian sheepdogs were bred (so I am told) She can run like the wind & loves to.

Some of the breed mixes bring out the best of both breeds both physically and in their temperament. I dont mean the 'designer' mixes that have become fashionable.

Enjoy your girl, my 5 year old rescue dog Lab/GSD and I bonded from the start. This was brilliant - but he was a total psycho with all humans outside of my friends and family. He was fourteen when he died.
