Hp Envy Printer Printing Blank

Black is completely blank, colour is a faint orange. Ink in cartridges. I am not technical, is there any easy way to fix this? I use it wireless free with my iPad. I don’t use the printer often and wonder if something inside has just dried up ? Thanks all.

I suggest you do a print test and then clean the nozzles. You should be able to do this by going to the Menu on your printer. With my HP if you do a print test it then asks you if it is OK and if not it asks you if you want it to start cleaning. Lots of whirring and clunking and then it should reprint your test. Repeat ad infinitum until you get the colour fixed.

You may have to clean it several times though.
