In the voltorol motorbike add, the engine part lifted onto the bench is not from a triumph twin,
Looks like a single cylinder crankcase

I have watched films where a single aisle aircraft is seen taking off, then when you see in the cabin, it's a widebody.
I'd struggle to tell a steam engine from a jet engine, so I can't directly comment on your post. However I will point out that it's not the first time someone here on AB has examined those ads very carefully!

Maybe it's a fraternal twin.
My Dad used to work on submarines. Watching a programme with submarines in was a nightmare, as he told you the inaccuracies in the way they were portrayed.
