any explanation of how it got to be there in the first place? Was it built there?
2 things.

1. I'd fail him cos he didn't have his hazard lights on and it was in a dangerous place.
2. Why has no one yet put in a reverse rear in these new fangled motorised vehicles?
It's only a lot harder because of the bigger vehicles - it'd be
a doddle in a Mini :-)
That was a cliff hanger! Nearly... :-)
I’d sack the instructor!! What fool would ask someone to turn there ….or am I being pedantic ??
Must have been a woman, a bloke would have reversed out.
It'ld be much easier if he had a parachute. With the union flag on it.
You couldn't do that in a tourist coach. There's probably more room at the top, by the house!
3 point turn is no longer in the test

Hang on a minute, lads. I've got a great idea.
It wasn't a '3 point turn'. You could do as many forward and reverse movements to turn the vehicle around as was necessary as long as you didn't touch the kerb on either side.
