We’re escaping the damage as yet but there’s road closures, trees down ,chimney stacks down,gable ends blown in, Metro Centre closed, bridges closed….and yet it’s very mild when I went to the decking to retrieve some pots and to put chairs in a sheltered spot

Its very windy here in Manchester but otherwise it's ok. Only thing of note is that the Woodhead Pass has been closed to high sided vehicles.

We have 2 fences down and the table outside is upside down, but we are well and compared to some its only minor damage.

we are okay here as well CW although a few of my friends houses have taken a hit
