morning, Sunday and the weekend is almost over, i hope that you are all as well as can be and that your day is a good one. I am posting much earlier than normal as i can't get back to sleep, so if you would like to keep me company please do. I have my coffee and that will keep me going for a while. Anyone have plans for today?

Morning Emmie/mm. Am pretty annoyed tbh - the lady I got them from said they’d been vaccinated but I knew they hadn’t. So when I took them to be spayed last week I said do their jabs. Fine they said. Picked them up and they didn’t say a word. So I asked - did you do their jabs? Ohhhh no we didn’t, we never do them at same time as spaying. So I’ve spoken to several people since, including another vet, who have never heard of this daft rule!
I just want them to go out in the fresh air.
Question Author
that's a pain smow, so they need their jabs now.
Yep. I joined a FB cat owner/vet group in the meantime and have been speaking to them non stop. One vet/owner has homed cats for 35 years and never had one vaccinated. She says I’d let them out - if you still want to get their jabs done then fine, but don’t lock them inside until then - the chances of catching anything are so miniscule………

i did get my cat jabbed and neutered as he had got lost for three months and came back a wreck, flea ridden, bites all over and in a generally poor state. He became calmer after being done...
I’ll definitely get them done but keeping them in for at least another month?? I just want them to go out and burn some energy off, even if I put leads on them lol!
Question Author
i would still have them jabbed....

Do you live on a main road Smow?
And is your garden fenced?

Emmie, you should consider either getting a cheap kindle or a paperwhite so you can download books. There are daily/monthly 99p specials on Amazon. You may also be able to download the kindle app to your laptop.
