What was that on Elliot Stanley's phone which made him smile as he lay dying? Also, why was it called "The Tourist" and why was it a load of claptrap!

it was a taco i think, and no he wasn't necessarily dying, the tourist because he's from NI i guess. I liked it a lot. that's all that i can add.
