WHat am I doing wrong? I get a 5 x 5 grid and a keyboard, whatever I type appears in the first row, no colours etc..

zebo - assuming you've pressed "Enter", all greys & no greens or yellows means that none of your letters are in the day's word.

237 - if a letter is used twice, you'll see both as green if you've got them in the right spaces, 1 green & 1 yellow if only one is in the right space or 2 yellows if neither are correctly positioned.

Thanks for the answers. I guessed a correct letter that was used twice it only showed up once (as green) but not as yellow as well. I wondered why I was taking so long to figure out the word.

No, I get nothing other than the square stays white with whatever letter I typed! Feeling very thick !

I have done these since my brother sent me a link last week. I usually get it in two attempts or three sometimes. I think it is because I am good with words and spelling.

When I try to play Word Master on my laptop it won't fit onto one page and I have to keep scrolling up and down which is annoying. Is there any way to change this? It's brilliant on my phone and is just like Wordle except you can do as many as you like. It is so addictive!
