Agree with Etch.
Just some extra info for you, lankeela. 77 x 35 m in square metres in literally 77 x 35, which is 2,695.
To convert that to square feet, there are lots of ways but the simplest is literally to Google:
2,695 square metres in square feet
It gives you the answer (29008.74) and also gives you a formula for doing it yourself next time (multiply by 10.764), although it would be easier to use Google again ...

I can add up (very quickly actually) and can quote the times tables but even the sight of mathematical equations just makes my mind go blank. I was 'excused' doing a maths exam at school as I managed to avoid most double maths lessons on a Tuesday afternoon, due to having a part time job in the lunch break cleaning out the animals in the biology lab - the sawdust made me sneeze and every week I got sent home with 'hayfever'. As for the above measurement, it is an indoor riding school and we have to give an area size when we apply for a dog show licence. I looked back and discovered that I asked the same question almost a year ago!
