Blonde guy from last series of X Factor who (supposedly) appeared in this series

I saw some trailers a few weeks ago where a blonde kid (Trevor?) was "coming up on the X Factor". I remember in the last series he looked about 15 but when he sang, he had a booming man's voice!

I have watched every episode of this series, but didn't see him - have I missed summat?

Trevor did return and was shown in maybe ep. 2. He'd been quite madeover and his blond hair was longish. He didn't wear glasses and wore quite a lot of denim.
He sung Rod Stewart. Simon was unimpressed, complaining Trev had learnt bad habits. I'm pretty sure he went through though.
