MUSIC IS THE ANSWER - who's it by?????

Anyone recall a dance track with lyrics / hook - Music, music is the answer, to the question, keep on movin'... (etc) It's a quite high-pitched male vocal, a dance track which I remember from clubs in 90's (i.e, a few years back) and it's come into my head again recently... HELP! Anyone feeling kind??!!!

I'm sure Kempie is right but Colonel Abrahams also did a track called Music is the answer but that is more my generation (ie the acid house generation!) you yunguns!
