I have met a few, even married one, without exception those I met in the real world were lovely people if perhaps a little strange ( they know who they are). I reckon it took about a year to really be accepted, mainly as people learned I was just as eccentric as they were. There are a few on here I avoid where I can more because they forget it's real people behind the posting and they can hurt as well as help. Stick with it, and remember some of us are getting on a bit now.
