moving house with sky tv
3 Answers
I have subscribed to sky since May 06 on the 'no home phone required' option. I recently moved house and tried to contact them but after phoning their customer support no 08702 40 40 40, the 'voice' repeatedly wanted my home phone no "to ensure I spoke to the right person". After several unsuccessful attempts, I emailed them with my account no. They responded by insisting I went through their Customer Support dept on.....08702 40 40 40!
I'm really peeved with this. Surely there's an option that allows me to 'speak' to a real person. If anyone out there can help me on this, I'd be much obliged?

Thanks Loubie 30. I have 'discovered' the method. You ring up custard support, when the 'voice' requests your home phone no, dont reply. After 2 attempts to tell you you havent put in your no, the system defaults to a real 'live' person. Yes, a REAL TALKING person.
Problem now sorted and they are re-installing next Monday.
Thanks for taking the time and the tip.
Kind regards
Ernie
