Earol is OK. It's a small bottle with a syringe on the top. Push the end of the syringe in your ear and press the plunger on the top. No mess caused by trying to pour the oil into the ear!
Olive oil with cotton plug to stop it running out. Years ago I had this problem and my GP told me to do this for a week then to come back and have them syringed. I was amazed how much came out.
