One For Sqad…
10 Answers
I usually ‘go’ once a day, around 9am almost like clockwork. However for the past couple of weeks I ‘go’ around 9am,as usual, then l have to ‘go’ again around 9.30, then again a couple of hours later. Not the D word, but fairly soft (sorry). No pain, no bloating, bit gassy though. Any ideas? Bit worried as I have a coach holiday fairly soon and don’t want to keep ‘going’ on the coach ….. could be embarrassing…..

I agree with all the posters above, that it may well be dietary and if you could isolate the incident by removing some foods which are notorious for such bowel changes e.g red meat, some fruits taken in excess then that might give you some idea of the cause.
As far as your coachtrip is concerned, I would buy some Imodium (Loperamide) to take on the trip.
