How Can I Meet My Girlfriend That Lives In Russia?

I hope it's not too dumb of a question, basically we couldn't meet for year because of covid restrictions and also work related stuff, she wanted to surprise me on my birthday by coming to my country (I live in Baltic states). My question, is there an actual way to meet or we are both now stuck for year again?

It's unclear from your question as to what impediment to travel you're currently thinking about.

If it relates to Covid, most countries around the world are currently easing, or totally lifting, travel restrictions.

If it relates to the problems in Ukraine, while (for example) the Estonian Foreign Ministry has recommended not travelling to those areas of Russia that border Ukraine, there are currently no problems with visiting the rest of Russia.

So where does your difficulty actually lie?
