I thought I would post so that the thread doesn't go flat Tills. M&S pancake mix here with lemon juice and sugar. Today is the day when you just have to give a t055. (+_^)

I had buttermilk pancakes from a bakery they were lovely.

I do like them but too much effort required for just myself... settled for a fish pie put in the oven.

Well, I just finished cooking enough pancakes for two days...I heat them up in the microwave. I'll cook the bacon around 7:30 in time for supper at 8.

I usually have a few Scotch pancakes but I'm driving tomorrow.

We had them for breakfast. Ready made pancakes, always keep a pack in the freezer,with a slice of bacon, sliced banana topped with maple syrup, the whole thing rolled and in the micro for 30 seconds. Delicious!!
