Are They Safe For Me To Use?
2 Answers
My GP prescribed Butec patches for my knee pain.
5 microgram patch for a week then 10 micrograms after that.
Neither have made any difference to the pain so I was thinking of using 2x10 mcgrm but decided to read the leaflet first.
It says some medicines may increase the side effects of Butec and may sometimes cause very serious reactions.
One of the medicines mentioned is Duloxetine which I take for depression.
GP didn't mention this to me and now I'm wondering what to do.
I phoned the surgery for advice but was told I would have to call back on Monday at 8.30am.
Would it be worth phoning the pharmacy?
