90's Rave Classic

loved a rave/house tune from the mid-to-late 90's.

All I can recall is that it was fairly uptempo, then at the end of a particular note the lyrics "party time" are said and then a hard house interlude begins...................................?????

the lyric "party time", on the track is exactly the same, but, on the one I'm hunting for it goes heavy drum 'n' bass rave-style after he sings it..............

there is a hard house song called "Party Time" by "Trauma" on the Tidy Trax record lable
It has those lyrics in it
