Powerline Ethernet Adaptors 200Mbs

Will 200mbs Powerline Ethernet Adaptors be enough for a Talk Talk tv box ?, or will i need one one with more mbs? My router is downstairs and my tv box is next floor up

200 Mbps is probably far faster than the speed offered by your TalkTalk connection anyway. Their most popular products only provide either 35 Mbps or 65 Mbps, so a 200 Mbps powerline adaptor has more than enough capacity. Further, streaming SD TV only requires a speed of 3 Mbps, while HD TV needs 5 Mbps and Ultra HD TV needs 30 Mbps. So you should have no problems...

Buenchico thanks Talktalk did provide a 1000mbps Powerline adpator, but i had to hook that up to my desktop pc upstairs.
When they did "install" they just used old bt line at front of my house, rather than wiring to my convenience - although i suspect they are under no obligation to do so , or if so , it would be extra cost - and Powerline adpator seems afar cheaper /convenient option
