I know this should be in another section,but you lot respond quicker, Have any of you had problems understanding what they are saying ? I phoned my Bank this morning to sort out a problem, I honestly could not understand a word she said apart from "Hello HSBC" for 10 minutes I tried to explain,but did it sink in, I asked to speak to the supervisor, what does she say "NO" in the end I just slammed the phone down, it really is a joke, what is your experience of them, good or Bad, Thanks in advance, Ray

Have had loads of car insurance calls from asia recently asking if they can give me a quote. Can't understand the conversation, let alone some of the quotes.
Scary thing is, With all this busiess moving to the 'thrd world', are we going to regress whilst they become affluent ?

Call centres really exasperate me. So often I've had your experience Ray and now when I can't understand what somebody is saying I just cut them short and say
"I'm sorry but you're not speaking clearly and I can't understand a word you are saying so please don't waste my money and pass me to your supervisor".
Doesn't always work though and often I find I have to ring through again and get the old loop "All our agents are busy. Please hold. Your business is important to us ***"
