how to lose weight round the stomach?

i'm trying to lose weight from the stomach area. at the beginning of last year i managed to lose almost 2 stone just through eating healthier and exercising (bit of cycling, running, football, etc) but since then i seem to have stuck at the same weight (12 1/2 stone) but i carry a lot of it round the stomach area and wondered what the best way to lose from this area (correct execises, how often, correct foods to eat, etc). any help or advice would be muchly appreciated. my aim is to lose another stone/ stone and half. i'm male and 26 if this helps.
