People in my company suggested, that hair shampoo is "harmless", but they contains such strange ingredients which could be dangerous to the tender scalp of I. They might contain Mercury, which could make me become of an unsound mind person after prolonged use. I am assured that eggs are safe for washing the hair of the most refined man like I and I shall continue using it.

Noble lord, might I humbly propose that careful observation of people who are in your company may prove to be a safeguard against the damaging effects of hair shampoo. My meaning is this, if your companions show no ill effects from the use of certain shampoos, then perhaps you could tactfully enquire as to the source of their shampoos, and follow your companions' example?
