This girl who is friends with my ex I really got on with her and got nothing against her but I see her put photos of my ex up and I deleted him ages ago and his family but some of his friends have deleted so I don't know it if it worth her having her on my account

If you need to ask how to manage social media accounts should you have them? You have a job. Do you talk about these personal issues at work? Most of us on here managed very well without Facebook and twitter etc. start thinking what is best for you and have courage to follow through

You say that you 'got on' with her implying she is not anyone you interact with currently. Sometimes it is easier to sever ties in this situation and have a clean break - from the ex and his friends. She doesn't sound like a very close friend to you and even though she sounds great it might be best to let it go.
