If 1 = 1; 2 = 2; 3 = 2; 4 = 3; 5 = 2; 6 = 3; 7 = 4; 8 = 3; and 9 = 2, then what does 0 = in the same context?

Hi suepinfold can you give us any more ie. where did you read it/is it a cryptic clue/ maths formula? etc. I have passed it around and no one can see the pattern. Can you please double check you have quoted the numbers correctly?
