It's classed as 'Level 4' for privacy, so it should be fine for bathroom use. (Arctic is level 5 if you're really obsessive about privacy but 4 should be fine). Looks are really down to personal taste but it would seem OK to me.
It's just obscured glazing and will do the job of providing some privacy whilst allowing natural light in. I'm not that keen on its appearance, but it's what I would use. The toughest version would be the one to use.
Be aware there are glass shortages especially if toughened (required below 800mm). Had to wait four weeks - and that was trade. Builder next door has been waiting 3 months for doors due to glazing problems.
The actual dims for safety glass (not necessarily toughened) are:
On any panel (e.g. on internal and external walls and partitions) up to 800mm from floor level
Within any glazed door up to 1500mm from floor level
On any side panel to any door up to 300mm from the edge of the door, up to 1500mm from floor level
