I do two, the original one and the New York Times one both just after midnight when I get a new set of blank squares. My only quibble is when there are about seven alternative letters to complete the word such as one ending in OUND. It then is down to a lucky guess.
I've not done the puzzle ever but if it goes by countries under their internationally recognised names America would be the United States of America & England would come under United Kingdom.
I still do Wordle, but also on the recommendation of another ABer, tried Wordmaster, which I actually prefer. No american spellings, and you can play as many games as you like in a day.
