Haven't Received My Ebay Order

I was supposed to receive a used dress I bought on ebay by Monday this week but it hasn't arrived. When I contacted the seller to say this, she replied, "Yes so sorry I looking after an elderly lady that’s end of life. It should be with you tomorrow or next day sorry for the delay x".
Should I keep waiting or is she pulling a fast one? Or get a refund, even?

Well its only Wednesday here and its too early for deliveries so its not that late yet. Maybe specify a date by which you must have it or you'l cancel?

Give her time...she may not have posted it until after you had contacted her. And you need to allow for any delays by royal mail. I would give it until Friday. You can check "your purchases" to see if it's been posted.
