Breadmachine/Breadmaker Converting Recipes.?

Hi All you Breadmachine owners. I have a recipe for bread to make by hand and want to convert to Bread machine. I put warm water in, but put cold orange juice and oil in and the bread did not rise.? Should i have warmed the oil and orange juice like the water please.? Thanks.

I never warm the water, oil, or any other ingredients in my machine and it always rises successfully, so I don't think that's the problem.

possibly the acidic content in juice affected the yeast ?

J haven't heard of using orange juice in breadmaking. Have you used it before in manual dough-bashing? If so, did it rise then?
