MM Links Results October 2012 Week 3

This weekend's game has now closed.
'Lady Jill', aka tearinghair, was hoping you would all unerringly choose the following pairings:

CAMERA LENS
NEEDLE MATCH
CATTLE GRID
MAIN COURSE

It has been a bit like being at the funfair on a roller-coaster. We started low on week one then we had the high of last weekend's points bonanza (54 of them) and now we are plummeting earthwards once again.
Read below to see who were the clever ones who claimed some of the hen's teeth.

Roslyn251254 was back on form and picked her MAIN COURSE (at 9:01 am!) for 2 points

Aquagility was next to strike lucky with NEEDLE MATCH for his 2 points.

Lysander was right on his heels with CAMERA LENS (2 points).

The final link of CATTLE GRID lasted just a little longer - until 9:06 in fact - when kawakiry claimed his two points.

Although it only took around 5 minutes for players to find all the links, the target pairings found very little favour with later players with just a spattering of single points earned.

HOWEVER:
We did have a double-hitter just before midnight so we have a worthy 'hotshot' to honour.

Apply a thin layer of lubricating oil to the outer diameter of the auxiliary sleeve and insert it into the outer ring of the bearing.
