Just wondering (not for myself) if anyone has had a positive experience with this service or know anyone who was helped into paid employment via this route? As a family, we only know of young people who have been down this route and ended up doing voluntary work, which never actually led to paid work. After 6 months they were back on universal credit or still doing voluntary work. Just wondering if there are any success stories out there.

Thanks Chris. I appreciate that. Yes lovely to see the success story that local authorities put out. We have a similar video/website here. But demoralising to see its the same person in the success story that's been shown since 2017. (Ours I mean) Just wondered if anyone had any experience of their own to share. Thank you again.
