Thick Exercise Mat And Yoga
8 Answers
I'm after a reasonably priced thick exercise mat. The thickest ones I've seen are 15mm but I still find these too hard to kneel and lie on as it puts a lot of pressure on my knees and hip bone.
Also, does anyone do low impact yoga or yoga for beginners? Does it help with joint problems, back ache and muscle stiffness which is what I've been experiencing since not long after I had little Tigs?

I bought a cheapish exercise mat in T K Maxx. (At the time that I was buying, they had loads of different types. There are now only a few on their website, with no thicknesses stated but, if you happen to be passing a TK Maxx store, Tigger, it might still be worth a look).
