Double Standards?

I post about the number of spam messages on here and my post gets removed - yet still more spam messages clog up the site. Why?

No idea why your post would be removed but I have just removed the spam.

Why can't they be stopped or does AB get 'paid' per post so its in their interest to allow them? If there was a post approval system for new members it would sort it in one go.
It's difficult to stop the spammers Lankeela due to them constantly changing their name.
AB certainly doesn't allow them.
I'm always reporting them. They don't tend to last long.
Personally I am not bothered by spammers, I have more important things to be concerned about.
There is one, who will remove any post on A/B that doesn't agree with him , but then again, according to his avatar he is only a teenager.
See what I mean . lol.
I had a post removed because it wasnt boring enough

edit keys - instead of earnestly arguing about whether an edit window should be 2 1/2 m or 3m., I mused about John Profumo and what he wd have done with an edit window
out of the window it went
